Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
For orders within the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies by law. Amazing Curls offers you a more generous return period of 30 days. After submitting your return or cancellation request, you have 14 days to send the products back to us.
Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Is an item defective or damaged, or did you accidentally receive the wrong item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@amazingcurls.nl.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the problem. This will allow us to assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when you received it;
- be unopened and unused;
- be in its original packaging;
- if applicable, have the original seal intact.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and hair care products cannot be returned. If the seal is broken or the product has been opened or used, the right to return it is forfeited.
Please return your package along with the packing slip so we can process your return more quickly.

Please include the following in your email:
- your name;
- your order number;
- which products you’d like to return;
- the reason for the return, if applicable.

Withdrawal Form

You may also notify us of your withdrawal in another clear manner, such as by email at info@amazingcurls.nl.
Please note: Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that opened or used products can be returned. For reasons of hygiene and product safety, opened or used cosmetic and hair care products cannot be returned. If the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used, the right to return the product is forfeited.
Return Shipping Costs and Shipping Risk
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
You bear the risk for the return shipment. We therefore recommend that you always ship your package via Track & Trace and keep the shipping receipt in a safe place. If the package is lost, you can use this to file an inquiry or claim with the carrier.
Make sure the return shipment is properly stamped. We cannot accept return shipments that are insufficiently stamped.
Refund
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved.
If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products via the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a few more days after that for your bank or credit card company to actually credit the amount to your account.
