Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped with a tracking code.  If an order is delivered to a pickup location, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick it up on time. If the package is returned, the shipping costs will be charged again.

Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for any additional fees charged by customs (such as VAT). If you refuse to pay these fees, the package will be returned by the carrier. In that case, the shipping costs will not be refunded.


SHIPPING TIME
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same business day, unless otherwise stated on the homepage. This does not apply to pre-orders. An order will only be shipped once all products are in stock.

NOVEMBER/DECEMBER

Delays remain minimal. However, please keep in mind that during the busiest time of the year, carriers may experience delays of 2–3 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

We are not liable for any additional costs or taxes. If a package is refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
